CPT Introduces Major Changes to the Electoral Decree Without CEP Consent

The version of the electoral decree published in Le Moniteur on Monday, December 1, 2025, does not fully correspond to the text initially submitted by the Electoral Council to the CPT, a source at the CEP told Le Nouvelliste.
