Presidential adviser Leslie Voltaire inaugurated, on Saturday, December 13, 2025, the Southern hub of the tripolar system of rehabilitation homes for children, a project aimed at strengthening the protection and care of minors in situations of vulnerability or in conflict with the law. The ceremony took place in the presence of members of the ministerial cabinet, senior officials from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor (MAST), and representatives of the Institute of Social Welfare and Research (IBESR).
