OAS Chief: 18 Nations Commit to Deploy Anti-Gang Forces in Haiti

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Albert Ramdin, said on Friday that 18 countries have expressed their readiness to deploy security forces in Haiti as part of a new anti-gang operation that will replace the current UN multinational mission.
