Reynold Guerrier: “ONI Will Provide Every Child with an Identity”

Approximately 6.3 million Haitians have an identification card, said the director general of the National Identification Office (ONI), Reynold Guerrier, reached by the newspaper by phone on Monday, December 8, 2025. According to him, the Office plans to identify all Haitians. In this sense, Director General Reynold Guerrier announced that the ONI will provide every child with an identity.
