The Transitional Presidential Council has not yet succeeded in removing Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé as it had so easily done with Garry Conille. The latter was dismissed under the official pretext of failing to deliver results. One year later, the CPT—or at least some of its members—are seeking to replace Garry Conille’s successor using the very same argument as the basis for their accusation.
