Twenty-three officers of the Haitian National Police (PNH) left Port-au-Prince this Wednesday aboard a Colombian Air Force aircraft bound for Bogotá. They will participate in a five-week intensive training focused on intervention tactics, investigative techniques, and intelligence, as part of a bilateral defense cooperation agreement between Haiti and Colombia.
