OAS and EU Pledge Support to Bolster Haiti’s Police and Anti-Gang Force

The Delegation of the European Union and the Representation of the Organization of American States (OAS) committed on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, to developing a partnership as part of a project aimed at strengthening the operational capacities of the Haitian National Police (PNH) and the Gang Suppression Force (FRG). The project provides for the construction and equipping of five advanced operational bases as well as mobile control units in the West Department. A ceremony took place at the OAS Representation Office in Pétion-Ville, at
