According to James Monazard, the situation in the subcontracting sector remains concerning. Business leaders are still waiting for a signal from the U.S. Congress regarding the renewal of the HOPE/HELP Act. In effect from September 2015 to September 2025, the law has now expired. Efforts had been made to prevent this deadline, but they were unsuccessful.
