The Cap-Haïtien Bar now knows its new leader. Following the elections held on Friday, September 26, 2025, Samuel Lamour was elected bâtonnier of the Bar Association, succeeding Ronel Telsyde, who had completed two consecutive terms and was no longer eligible for a third.
