Élysée Colagène has taken office as head of the National Education Fund (FNE). He succeeds Sterline Civil, who was absent during the ceremony held at the institution’s headquarters. It was the Minister of Haitians Living Abroad, Katia Verdier, a member of the FNE’s Board of Directors, who installed Mr. Colagène in his position.
