Businessman Pierre Réginald Boulos appeared for the second time on Tuesday before Judge Jorge Pereira. He is accused of violating U.S. immigration laws and of conducting a campaign of violence and support for gangs to destabilize Haiti. The hearing took place Tuesday at the Krome North Service Processing Center.
