These students were selected under the “MOFA Taiwan Scholarship Program” following a selection process organized by the Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in Haiti and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship. This cooperation between the two countries dates back to 2004, and more than 200 young people have already benefited from the program.
