Which Horse Is the CPT Betting On: Security, Elections, Constitutional Reforms, or Governance?

The Transitional Presidential Council is burning through the days of its mandate without delivering major results. As the last of the four presidents drawn from the Council begins his term, it is time to ask which horse our esteemed leaders are betting on.

Without wishing to embarrass them, it is clear that good governance is not the priority of this team. From the investiture of Edgard Leblanc Fils, through the presidencies of Leslie Voltaire and Fritz Alphonse Jean, it cannot be said that the proper management of the country has
