Since June 9, the U.S. Department of State has fully suspended the issuance of visas to nationals of Afghanistan, Burma, Chad, the Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen for all categories of non-immigrant and immigrant visas, with limited exceptions.
