Dalencour Calls for Education Forums to Reform Haiti’s School System

Educator Patrice Dalencour renews his call for a national conference on education (États généraux de l'éducation) to rebuild Haiti's school system. This call comes less than 48 hours after the recent alarming assessment made by the Minister of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP).
