“I Am Not in Favor of Overthrowing the CPT,” Declares Jean Henry Céant

With seven months remaining until the February 7, 2026 deadline, the countdown is on as the future of the Transitional Presidential Council (CPT) continues—an institution many have already deemed a failure. Asked how the transition can be salvaged during his appearance on Panel Magik on Friday, July 4, 2025, former Prime Minister Jean Henry Céant expressed his belief that despite widespread criticism, the CPT remains part of the solution.
