The Council of the State University of Haiti (CUEH) responded to the publication of the draft Constitution by the Steering Committee of the National Conference. In a note dated Friday, June 27, 2025, the CUEH expressed serious concerns about the process followed and warned of the risk of illegitimacy for any constitutional reform that does not proceed on a consensual basis.
