MENFP Exposes Fake Diplomas and Forged Appointments in Teacher Regularization

The Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) has denounced several irregularities in the process of regularizing teachers as part of the commitment agreement signed with the government and union platforms. Fraudulent appointment letters and forged diplomas from the Baccalaureate, the Teacher Training School (ENI), and the Training Center for Basic Education (CFEF) were discovered during the processing of files submitted by the unions.

In a press release dated June 23, 2025, the MENFP stated that it “strongly condemns these attempted frauds aimed at undermining the ongoing regularization efforts and manipulating the State’s administrative procedures.”

In this regard, the ministry calls on the signatory union platforms to demonstrate responsibility and vigilance by ensuring the credibility, authenticity, and compliance of the files submitted.
