Spotlight on Christophe Philippe Charles at the Literary Grand Mass

The 31st edition of Livres en Folie was officially launched this Monday, June 16, during a press conference organized by Le Nouvelliste and Unibank at the Kinam II Hotel in Pétion-Ville. The event brought together authors, organizers, key partners, and, of course, Christophe Philippe Charles—the featured personality of this year’s edition. In his address, the author of Yo koupe Mimoz did not hide his satisfaction at being, alongside Frankétienne, at the heart of this year's event.

“I’m taking the time to savor this moment. It’s not quite emotion—more like pleasure, in my opinion—because from my beginnings until today, it’s been a long journey. I’ve been part of the cultural landscape for over 50 years,” declared poet Christophe Philippe Charles right away, speaking before an audience of authors signing books at this year’s fair, as well as journalists, during the launch of the 31st edition of Livres en Folie at the Kinam II Hotel, located at Place Saint-Pi
