Patrice Dalencour Describes a Year of Struggle for Haiti’s Schools

The 2024–2025 school year had been announced as the year of "restoring the authority of the school." Yet, that promise appears to have gone unfulfilled. According to teacher Patrice Dalencour, the school year, which is ending in a few days, turned out to be disastrous in many respects.
