Marco Rubio Announces Henry T. Wooster as U.S. Diplomatic Chief in Haiti

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has announced the appointment of Ambassador Henry Wooster as Chargé d’Affaires to lead the U.S. mission in Haiti.
