Invited to the show Panel Magik this Wednesday, May 14, 2025, Bendgy Tilias, the Secretary of State for Communication, clarified the government's decision to relocate the official celebration of the Flag Day to Cap-Haïtien. According to him, this choice is justified for reasons of security and logistics.
