Pierre Espérance Criticizes Leadership Void at the Top of Haitian Police

The current Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH), Rameau Normil, is not experiencing his best days at the head of the police institution. After more than eight months in charge of the PNH, Mr. Normil’s leadership is now being questioned, and his record remains mixed.
