Port-au-Prince Court of First Instance Operates Only on Paper after Relocation

Crowding, discomfort, and chaos coexist inside the building that houses the Court of First Instance of Port-au-Prince. More than three weeks after its grand inauguration by the highest authorities of the State, there is still no office furniture or equipment to resume hearings.
