The Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) recently announced the upcoming creation of two specialized judicial divisions in Haiti. This initiative, seen as progress towards strengthening the judicial system, aims to more effectively combat mass crimes, sexual violence, and financial crime. However, according to Rosy Auguste Ducéna, Program Officer at the National Human Rights Defense Network (RNDDH), this measure directly stems from a proposal submitted by five human rights organizations.
