This operation, led by Government Commissioner Me Éno Zéphirin on Monday, April 7, 2025, resulted in the arrest of two individuals: Smith Orange, a firefighter assigned to the Fort-Liberté police station, and Ansy Gabaud, an IT technician from the commune of Ouanaminthe.
