Marco Rubio Visits Caribbean to Address Energy Security and Haiti Crisis

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio begins a tour of the Caribbean on Wednesday focused on energy security in relation to Venezuela and the explosive situation in Haiti, a country plagued by gangs.
