Myrtha Désulmé, the new Permanent Representative of Haiti to the Organization of American States (OAS), presented her credentials to OAS Secretary-General Luis Almagro on Thursday during a ceremony held at the Organization’s headquarters in Washington, D.C.
"It is with a profound sense of responsibility and immense honor that I assume today my duties as Permanent Representative of the Republic of Haiti to the Organization of American States," said Ambassador Myrtha Désulmé.
