The Haitian National Police (PNH) and the Haitian Armed Forces (FAd’H) have never received as much international partner assistance as they have in the past four years. Between 2021 and early 2024, through the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), the United States donated dozens of all-terrain vehicles to the PNH.
