Announced for early January, the Transitional Presidential Council’s “war budget” has yet to materialize a month later.
The budget includes two key points, according to a CPT source interviewed by Le Nouvelliste: an increase in funding for the Haitian National Police (PNH), the Haitian Armed Forces (FADH), and other security agencies, as well as the streamlining of administrative procedures to accelerate fund disbursement.
