The Director General of the Autorité Aéroportuaire Nationale (AAN), Yves Ducarmel François, completed a two-day visit to Cap-Haïtien on February 13 and 14. The purpose of this mission was to assess the progress of ongoing work on the runway and to examine the security measures in place at Cap-Haïtien International Airport, currently the only Haitian airport operating international flights due to the closure of Port-au-Prince's airport.
