CPT Announces New Appointments

In recent days, the members of the Transitional Presidential Council have made no fewer than a dozen appointments in public administration, pending official confirmations for appointments to embassies and the country’s diplomatic representations abroad.

In the decree dated Monday, December 2, the CPT appointed Marie Élizabeth Régine Joseph Haddad as Secretary General of the Presidency with ministerial rank. Prior to this, in the decree of November 20, the members of the Presidential Council had appointed Romial Petit to head the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI) and Alfred Pierre as Deputy Director General of the same public institution.
