The insecurity in the Champ de Mars area has forced the honorable judges of the Court of Cassation to abandon their palace and seek refuge in Frères, at the premises of the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ). Despite uncertainty and the sound of automatic gunfire in Frères, the two chambers have managed to sit and address some of the backlog of cases at the Court.
