Russia and China have not opposed the transformation of the Multinational Security Support Mission (MSS) into a United Nations peacekeeping mission, stated Haiti’s Foreign Minister, Jean-Victor Harvel Jean Baptiste, during a courtesy visit to Le Nouvelliste on Thursday, November 21, 2024.
