Who is Jean-Victor Harvel Jean-Baptiste?

Jean-Victor Harvel Jean-Baptiste, appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship by presidential decree on November 15, 2024, succeeds Dominique Dupuy in this role. After completing his primary education with the Frères du Sacré-Cœur and his secondary education at Jean XXIII School, Jean-Victor Harvel Jean-Baptiste graduated from the Collège Canado-Haïtien in the summer of 1982. In October 1982, he was admitted to the Faculty of Ethnology at the University of Haiti, where he earned a degree in psychology.
