The Secretary-General of the OAS, Luis Almagro, reiterated the importance of transparency and adherence to the April 3 agreement and the Haitian Constitution in a statement posted on X following a phone conversation with Foreign Minister Dominique Dupuy on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
