Born on September 29, 1949, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, he made his profession in the Order of Preachers on November 1, 1965, and was ordained a priest on November 26, 1972. His funeral will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 9 a.m. at the Notre-Dame-du-Rosaire Church in Puits Blain, followed by burial in the Montfortain vault at Sainte-Marie.
