Leslie Voltaire Likely to Succeed Edgard Leblanc Fils as President of the CPT

Following a resolution signed by at least five of the seven voting members of the Presidential Advisory Council (CPT), the rotating presidency of the CPT has been changed. Leslie Voltaire is set to replace Edgard Leblanc Fils as head of the Council on Monday, October 7.
