The December 21 Agreement appears to be close to finding a successor for Louis Gérald Gilles on the Transitional Presidential Council (CPT). Pascal Adrien, a member of the December 21 Agreement, revealed on Magik 9, on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, that a consensus has been reached among the key blocs of the agreement to replace Dr. Gilles.
