A few days after U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken's visit to Haiti on September 5, Haiti is once again in the spotlight, but this time in Washington. Not due to Republican outbursts over the so-called cat-and-dog incident, but because of a series of meetings planned this week.
First, there was a key meeting at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), marking the first discussion in years on reviving Haiti’s economy.
