Due to certain actors within the Transitional Presidential Council (TPC) attempting to play the role of amateur sorcerers by selecting certain institutions to appoint future members of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) without any explanation, and because every formation of the CEP carries enormous stakes and no legal text dictates how it should be done, the upcoming electoral council is already facing difficulties.
