Pierre Espérance, Executive Director of the National Network for the Defense of Human Rights (RNDDH), commented on the future of the Transitional Presidential Council (TPC) twenty-four hours after the interrogation of advisors Smith Augustin, Gérald Gilles, and Emmanuel Vertilaire in relation to the "bribery solicitation" investigation led by the Anti-Corruption Unit (ULCC) following accusations from the former Chairman of the Board of the National Credit Bank (BNC).
