Among the titles presented at Livres en folie this year is a work by Professor Thadal Etienne, a member of the board at the National Institute of Administration, Management, and Advanced International Studies at the State University of Haiti. He is signing his book, The Tragedy of the Commons in Haiti: Incentives for Efficient Governance.
The book, spanning over 400 pages, is drawn from his doctoral thesis, which was awarded the distinction of "Excellent" at Laval University in Canada.
