The President of the Transitional Presidential Council, Edgard Leblanc Fils, announced that the Eminent Persons of Caricom will visit Haiti in mid-August.
"The Eminent Persons will be here to oversee the progress in establishing the transitional bodies. Some of the organizations are already in motion with the decree on the steering committee of the National Conference and efforts to set up the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP)," President Leblanc said this week.
