Sources at the Prime Minister's Office, speaking to Le Nouvelliste with supporting documentation, disclosed that an official correspondence was sent to the presidential advisors two days before Dr. Conille's departure, aiming to clarify other points of contention with the head of government, such as recent diplomatic and consular mission recalls.
