Divisional Commissioner Julbert Conseillant, the new head of DDO1, replaces Divisional Commissioner Yvon Cantave, who has been transferred to the office of the acting Director General of the PNH.
Divisional Commissioner Xavier Séide was installed on Saturday as head of DDO-2, replacing Chief Commissioner Roger Lamartinière,
