AYITIKA Secures Silver Gourmet Medal in Paris

According to the results published on Tuesday, June 18 by the organizers of the fourth edition of the Origin Chocolate Contest, the Agency for the Valorization of Agricultural Products (AVPA), AYITIKA, received a Silver Gourmet Medal for its 70% dark chocolate, "Amelonado-Criollo". Held in France, this contest brought together 170 varieties of chocolate from over twenty countries.

This is the second international award won by AYITIKA in less than two years since starting its chocolate production. Jean Chesnel Jean, CEO of the company, is delighted with this new distinction, which he believes is the result of rigorous, exciting, and collective work carried out for over 7 years by AYITIKA and its various partners, including cocoa farmers. For him, this medal further reinforces the company's determination to leverage all Haitian talents and expertise to introduce gourmet consumers to the rich aromatic diversity
