MEF: Michel Patrick Boisvert Exits with a Sense of Achievement

The installation of the new Minister of Economy and Finance marks the end of Michel Patrick Boisvert's tenure at the helm of the institution, a period spanning over 51 months. This tenure was "rich in experiences, both on a human, technical, and institutional level." Boisvert took the opportunity to ask the ministry's staff to collaborate with the new minister with the same dedication, to continue making this ministry an exemplary model for all.

Michel Patrick Boisvert, the former Minister of Economy and Finance, did not spend much time reflecting on his tenure at the head of the institution. During the past four years, significant work has been accomplished under his leadership. He did not hesitate to express some self-satisfaction while praising his collaborators, without whom he would not have been able to drive so many reforms within the MEF. He emphasized that this institution plays a crucial role in coordinating and implementing the country's public policies.
