CPT Members Stagnate One Month After Installation

From April 25, 2024, to May 25, 2024, after one month in power, the members of the Presidential Transition Council (CPT) have barely begun addressing their internal projects necessary to tackle the real issues facing the population. Since their installation on April 25, one of the CPT's most significant decisions has been the selection of the Council president. This choice has yet to be published in the official journal, Le Moniteur.

Selecting a Prime Minister, forming the ministerial cabinet, establishing the Provisional Electoral Council, creating the Oversight Body for Government Actions (OCAG), and creating the National Security Council (CNS) are among the structures outlined in the April 3 agreement that the CPT members are tasked with setting up.
