The members of the Transitional Presidential Council have finally signed a resolution clarifying how major decisions are made within the Council and have instituted the principle of sharing presidential responsibility among four of the seven members, until February 7, 2026.
In taking these steps, they are revisiting the essence of the April 3 agreement that gave birth to their alliance and are tweaking Ariel Henry's decree that created the Council.
Not everything needs to be redone, but adjustments will need to be mad
